Yesterday I received my third dubloon!

Thanks to all and rum for everyone!

But the mail to tell me didn't come.
Also there was no hint on yesterdays myboinc.com; until now there isn't.
And my teammate Beutlin tried to verify his mailadress and didn't receive the mail with the link.

I had some problems with my ISP last week, but I thought mail was working now. It turns out that inbound and outbound mail work, but mail on my local network is now broken. So the mail is not getting from the web server to the outbound mail server. Now that I know what the problem is I expect I'll be able to get it unstuck. Thanks for letting me know there was a problem.

Yes, now it works. They were stuck between alvarez.localdomain and mail.spy-hill.net until Sun, 15 Jul 2007 23:13 -0400 (a.k.a. 16.7.2007 03:13 UTC).

The strange thing is, it looks like this started last Wednesday, and at least a part of the cause is that the nameservers I was using have changed how they deal with hosts they cannot find in DNS. Instead of returning a "not found", they return an address to some kind of search page at barefruit.com. That's great for grannies on the web who mis-type something, but it breaks a lot of non-web things.

Indeed, I was subscribed to this thread in case that was the case, but did not get the notification of your post. :-)

Looks like sendmail died during one of our load spikes. This is a test to see if notifications are working again...
