hello, My English is not very well, so i hope you will understand my problem. i'm setting up a boinc server for a project. Following the cookbook, I've created workunits and turned on what I believe are the necessary daemons. However, I'm getting errors whenever a client connects and tries to get a wu. I've searched the boinc site for clues and have come up empty. In the apache error log: [Wed Apr 18 13:54:02 2007] [error] [client 169.254.255.252] script not found or unable to stat: /home/boinc/projects/ncssm_grid/cgi-bin/cgi"> My server is running FC6. however if i look into the cgi.log file, it seems that it has been executed, so the error are really weird, so can any one please help me !!! There are no selinux policy violations. The apache configuration is augmented with the lines generated by make_project and the cgi executable is executable by apache. Any suggestions are appreciated....

Make sure it's in place in cgi-bin. Make sure it's executable. Make sure that the web server is configured to execute scripts from that directory. Make sure there is a proper "link" tag on the main page pointing to it. Maybe change the name to something clearer (you don't have to). Those are the main things I can think of to check. You can certainly ask questions here and maybe get an answer, but Kathryn is right, subscribing to the boinc_projects list is also a good idea, as you will get help from many people running projects, and you'll see answers to questions you have not even thought yet to ask.
