So I finally made it onto high speed...

Very cool except that I lost the web space that came with my very old dial-up isp. Along with that the Pirates @ Home Mission 1 archive bit the dust.

Maybe Capt. Jack or someone can update the link on the main page on this site.

I gotta admit that what seemed like a bad thing to lose my web space turns out to be just the opposite! (That happens to me a lot – I can’t tell heaven from hell).
What a great trip down memory lane as I upload the files to the new server and go through the links to make sure I didn’t break anything that wasn’t broke before. I'm real glad to have the opportunity to go through all these old pages again.

If ya notice anything badly broken in the archives let me know and I’ll try to make fix.

I changed the link on the project front page.

I noticed that the links in the archived version to the project main page all go to pirates.vassar.edu, which no longer exists, rather than to the archived main page.

I was surprised to see how different it looked back then from now.

And we may have some further differences here soon. I'm getting ready to update to the current BOINC software, which I expect will break almost everything.
