For some users the numbers in the column "Mechanical Turk tasks" are printed in Italics. Is there a meaning to that or is this just an error in display?

I think it's if you add 100 or more turks in one sit.
Else it's just having gotten more pieces of eight.

Those who lost credits during the crash?

Having spent their last holiday in Italy?

Managed to mispell at least 67% of the recaptchas?

Already marked for a finger-transplantation?

It should not be too hard to figure it out.

The top-ranked user of each group with a certain amount of pieces-of-eight. e.g. the best ranked user with 7 pieces-of-eight is written in Italic, all others with the same number are written in plain text.

Right?

Thar seems t’ be a bug affectin’ th’ first listin’ in each page o’ fifty. #51’€™s score o’ 100 be shown in italics, but he be only in fourth ship at th’ four-pieces-o'-eight level; #48’€™s score o’ 123 be correctly italicized. Likewise fer #101, whose score o’ 17 be nigh th’ bottom o’ th’ two-bit level, nine places behind th’ leader o’ th’ group.

Ah, very good. I was wondering if anyone would notice this bug. Yes, it's not quite right, but it would be much more complex to fix this, for very little return on the investment.

So strictly speaking, italics show the top score for a given number of pieces of eight, _on this page_.
