I'm using Windows BOINC Manager Verion 6.2.18 and 6.2.19 with the following issues.. (This just started a couple of days ago.)
1. On the Projects tab, my "Team" column is blank for Pirates@Home. A manual "Update" does not correct the issue.
2. On the Statistics tab, the chart for "Show Host Total" goes to zero since 11/19. Note that the "Show User Total" tab appears to be correct.
3. No error message appears in the messages tab (other than "No work available")
Thanks, Mate!

I've set the server to use "nowork_skip", which causes it to skip a full scheduler RPC if there is no work on the project (which is currently the case). The purpose of this is to to sort out whether what you are seeing is due to the client or due to the server, or perhaps both.

I'm thinking I will add to the status page an indicator showing when "nowork_skip" is in effect.

Arggghhh.. my brain hurts... (must be something in the grog!) In any case, my (1.) "team" designation is back and my (2.) total per host has returned to the host chart. All is well! Thanks!

Well, now to the real test. I updated the server software to the "server_stable" branch of 6.3.14, and once I got some permissions adjusted we got rid of the server errors you noted. But I also turned off nowork_skip. So now I will turn it back on, and we will see if your team disappears again....

It didn't for me. Team is still there.

Looks good now. Even on hosts that prevoiusly had blank fields from the older server software response have the fields filled in with the response from server software version: 6.3.14.
Hey Brian, my brain hurts too... It's not the grog.

That's true for version 6 clients, but v5 clients still have blank fields after server response.

I've turned off nowork_skip, and there is even work available. Have the hosts with blank teams had their amnesia cured?

I'll agree with Pepo. Even the stubborn 5.10.45 client that wasn't fixed with the newer server software is back up to speed with no blank fields.
