Pending piling up in the bilge

There is this wu 1089220 that has not been validated. Sent to 3 people and sitting at "Initial" for all 3 of us. Looks a little suspicious to me, since it's a "hello" WU, which has been sitting since the 10th. ____________

This happens when we do a series of runs of different apps. The validator is set up to run only for one app at a time, so when we switch it over to the next app we can end up leaving stragglers behind. And there was another one like this. Thanks for flagging it.
