Thanks for posting that Eric. It's a great program. I hope it'll get more students interested in the sciences. It's really cool to have hands on experience. I know the summers I spent in science programs had a powerful impact on my education.

A couple of weeks ago I gave a talk on LIGO's involvment in the I2U2 project for a joint meeting of the New York state sections of the American Physical Society (APS) and American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT). The slides from the talk are now posted to the web, if anybody cares to look through them: pdf or ppt
