[[Test]] - Wiki style linking.

Cleared cache, exited Mozilla, restarted it, went to this link, I am logged out on the Glossary.

Test - phpBB style linking

Cleared cache, exited Mozilla, restarted it, went to this link, I am logged out on the Glossary.

http://pirates.spy-hill.net/glossary/index.php/Test - normal URL style linking.

Cleared cache, exited Mozilla, restarted it, went to this link, I am logged out on the Glossary.

Edit1:
When I open the first link in a tab, then the second and third ones directly afterwards without clearing the cache, I get logged in on the second and third tab. Never the first.

Edit2:
Now when following all three links I get logged in on all three of them.

Interesting. Thanks.

It may be that you are actually logged in but the page doesn't really show it. I find MediaWiki is very aggressive about caching pages (on the server, not the browser).

So if you jump from that first page where you don't appear to be logged in to any other page (random page link works well for this) then does it later show that you are logged in?

When going through any of the links above to the Test page, I am logged out.
Using the Search in the Glossary I go to the Wench page, I am logged in.
Using the Search in the Glossary to return to the Test page, I am logged in.

Closing Mozilla, restarting it (without clearing cache this time).
Going to any test link (or indeed any other link from the forums to the glossary) and I am logged out.

No, can't quote it.

But if I do change the tags then the quotes work.

Testing quote attribution. It now puts the name of the person quoted in the tag (as it did ages ago).

Okay, now test the quote attribution with the tags actually changed to proper quote tags. :-)

IIRC on at least main Seti it was some time possible to use the quote attribution, did it somehow fell away from server development branches?

As far as I can tell, using [ quote=name] has always worked, but when you reply it did not automatically fill in the name.
