I think it's a good idea. If you could also bold the person's title that would work in conjunction with that. That way those who are colorblind would also be able to see it (I guess this is only an issue depending on the colors choosen).

Wouldn't this be a tag in the css sheet anyway? Each project would have to choose the color combinations. Allthough I supose there would be a default scheme.
