	I have modified my preferences on pirates@home. They aren't send to the client while the server has no work for the client!! Please send the preferences and updated data for the credits, every time, the client connects the server. BamBam ____________

	I believe this is a function of BOINC itself and the Pirates team can do little about it. Perhaps post in the Seti@Home wishlist forum?

The wish list is getting longer and longer Normal "project update" will not do your request. As a work around AND not having work from Pirates! you can RESET the project, this forces to synchronize (adjust) the settting from central side to the clients side. That's not an official statement, might it would be not apreciated, but technically, it's working. The more hard way will be detach and re-atach to the project.

	Hi, I'm pretty sure that "Heffed" is right, I've seen mention of this over in the SETI forums. That said, this evening my preferences/credits WERE updated when BOINC connected to the "Pirates" servers. This despite there being work available, but not for my windows platform. Perhaps this is a new feature/behaviour of BOINC 4.19 - I only updated to it a few days ago but I've noticed a few differences in the way it communicates with servers? TTFN - Pete. ____________
