Question about this comment...in BOINC messages regarding Pirates@Home..

I am not ready to upgrade yet as I had a problem with 6.3.6....

did receive and finish some short WU's, though, so...
maybe just lucky to get a few WU's...

It's a very optimistic joke played upon us by the Captain. In 234 days there's no 7.0.0, mark my words. 6.6 maybe... if 6.4 manages to get out and be stable before that time.
